You may return any unused, unopened Dentrax product within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Items must be in their original packaging and condition.
To start a return, contact our support team at [email protected] with your order number. We will provide a return shipping label and instructions.
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within 5–7 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
If you receive a damaged or defective product, contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange a free replacement or full refund at no extra cost.
For hygiene reasons, opened or used oral care devices cannot be returned unless they are defective. Accessories such as replacement tips are non-returnable once opened.
